Not only are our clocks 100% made in the USA, but we also provide free domestic shipping! Once we receive your order, we will ship it in 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS Priority, which usually takes 2-3 days to deliver. You’ll receive an email and tracking number when your package goes out.
We want to make sure you’re happy. If you’re unsatisfied with your clock, we will happily exchange it for a different clock of the same size (if available). Please email us immediately at email@example.com so we can confirm the exchange/return.
We’ll accept a return within 14 days of the original shipment date. We’ll process the return within 14 business days of receiving the item. If we feel that your clock is in less than ideal condition upon return, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We recommend adding delivery confirmation to your return shipment -- we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
